These Terms govern use of the ReconAiLab public website and refer, where appropriate, to separately contracted SaaS services provided by AviBiz Solutions Private Limited.
Acceptance and eligibility
By using the site, visitors agree to use it lawfully. Corporate platform accounts are governed by their subscription and other written agreements where applicable.
Informational nature
Descriptions, screenshots and examples explain the product. Illustrative interface images use synthetic sample data and may not match all deployed features.
Accounts and authorized use
Do not access areas or data without authorization, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code or misuse other organizations' records. Login links lead to the independently deployed existing SaaS application.
Customer data and intellectual property
Customers retain their rights in the data they supply. AviBiz Solutions Private Limited owns or licenses ReconAiLab branding, code, site content and related materials. No software license is granted merely by visiting the website.
AI and financial outputs
AI suggestions, data mappings and reconciliation outputs are decision-support tools and can be imperfect. Authorized users remain responsible for reviewing outcomes, approving rules and complying with accounting obligations.
External services
Links to Google Maps, analytics and other third parties are subject to those providers' applicable terms and practices. External links do not constitute endorsement.
Pricing and contracts
There are no public fixed prices. SaaS fees, onboarding, service levels, support and renewal arrangements will be documented in customer agreements.
Availability and changes
Site availability may be affected by updates, incidents or events beyond reasonable control. We may change informational materials, provided material contract terms are governed by executed agreements.
Liability and governing law
Nothing excludes obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law and subject to written agreements, the site is provided for general information. Indian law applies, with Mumbai courts having jurisdiction subject to mandatory provisions.
