Scope
This policy covers visitors to www.reconailab.in and, where applicable, personal data processed in connection with ReconAiLab SaaS services. A customer-specific data processing agreement or subscription agreement may additionally apply.
Information collected
Website enquiry and callback forms may collect name, organization, business email, phone, preferred time and message. Website security systems may process technical connection logs and consent preferences. Authorized SaaS operations may process customer-user information, uploaded Excel records, API transaction data, workflow and security logs.
Purposes and legal grounds

Customer role and authorization

India-only data residency
The company states that customer financial records are stored and processed in India and are not transferred abroad. Optional website analytics (Google Analytics) and Google Maps links may involve cross-border processing of website visitor data; this is distinct from customer SaaS financial records.
Sharing and service providers
